Can't speak about Bayfield area but have friends up in mercer/hurley area and they say that the trails in Northern Iron are in good shape. They rode up to Saxon Harbor yesterday and said all was groomed and smooth but I am sure that will be changing as the weekend gets closer. Good luck and have fun!
