Not only did it take 2 months to get our communicators ( which is not what pissed me off). Now they have cashed the money order we sent them because they couldn't bill my credit card correctly the first time. And now have tried to bill my credit card again. They have a nice product but I would never buy anything from them again. Oh and yes we have tried to contact them and they won't ansewer the phone or respond to any emails. I guess I'll have to let the credit card company deal with them now. Anyone else have the same problems with them?
