What price is reasonable for Houghton lodging?

I have a 2 bedroom house about a football field away from full access to the snowmobile trail. I'm located between Houghton and South Range. I'm thinking about renting it out for the winter months. I'm curious if $200 a weekend is fair enough on price? No theres no sauna or hot tub. Just a nice two bedroom house with heat and cable tv, 2 miles from Houghton.

i would pay $100 a day for that pretty fair i have paid $125 for a place similar to yours.

Sounds fair, really depends on how many beds you have. One double in each bedroom and you'd be hard to get more than that, and could have some weekend openings. Put 2 bunk beds in each bedroom and you could get more for it if the rest of the place would support that many guys.

Not sure how places go with doubles or queens for groups of 4 to 8, maybe someone else could jump in on that.

you need good parking to get trailers in and out also.
