What's up with this weather?

I know you don't do forecast and weather reports upon request here, but can you give any thoughts about this weird crazy spring. If not i understand.

It's really just been what is described as an "active pattern". Meaning the jet stream has been unusually strong this spring and has lead to all the unusual weather.

No smoking gun as to why it has been so active, but the La Nina existing is likely part to blame.

What are you talking about? It is windy, cold and wet with a chance of snow for Sat. This is all completely normal for a MN fishing opener. Nothing to worry about. Soon enough it will be hot and humid and stormy and the mosquitos will blot out the sun. But only for a little while. Then it will snow again.
