Nothing major, just some tweaks and highlights. I got a mid height windshield. Red Ultimate front bumper. Red toe loops. And swapped out the hand guards from the black to red. Got clutch balanced and slick shift washers, by Indy Specialties. Waiting on triple points to arrive.

Love the black XCR! That sled has been on my mind all Fall as I'm considering selling one of my sleds in order to pick up one of those. Otherwise I have some maintenance to do on my Pro X. Took a rock to the side panel that put a golf ball size hole in it. Then carbides and probably hyfax after the low snow year. Otherwise I'm just waiting for the snow!

Must change front springs - 1 is broken. (any suggestions / tips welcome)
Check / Change chain oil.
Finish greasing.
Shop for an enclosed trailer.

It's tough when the machines are not at home.

Looks good! I like the look of the Black XCR. I bought a new 2017 Red XCR last year. Like both colors!

I have to replace chaincase bearings in the IQ.

Can I ask what the spray foaming of the floors cost? My current trailer is heated, but no insulation. The floor is the coldest part. I did think about adding insulation on top of the floor plywood, and then adding another layer of plywood. It would be more weight, and not sure if it would take the weight of plywood and sleds. That would be easier then insulating the underside of trailer...

Finished up cleaning both clutches today, put the belt on and started it up. I changed engine oil and chain case oil in the spring. I do have to install my ice scratchers yet and grease my skid. Then ride!!!

eyed a few new sleds, got some BS prices that they tell everyone. Went fishing, caught a 27" walleye. Called and bought a FR 146 from a boat on the mississippi. Going to clutch and can it, and then beat it into a few trees. Driving back up to WI Friday to pick it up, as it wouldn't fit into the boat a few weeks ago.

The red is cool too. My RMK was red when I got it so I would've wanted a color change if there had been a red one I would have picked black.
Foam was $400 for 3-4"thick it was the guys minimum job charge. I didn't call around pricing, I used this guy in the past for a basement job. So I just went with him. The floor size is 7x16.
like you said trying to insulate the bottom would have been tough, plus to get the foam board to adhere and stay would have been a bugger. Figured the cost was worth it.
Our last enclosed without insulation in the floor was hard to keep warm below 0. Cold floor was a bummer getting geared up.

Can I ask how you heat your trailer. I've been thinking about this for years and haven't really found a solution worth trying.

I use a indoor safe (0 emissions, no venting needed) propane heater. Mr. Heater big buddy. It also has a low oxygen shut off.
I use it to bring the trailer up to temp when we get to destination and unload sleds. And during the day while riding on low to keep it heated (and not run the generator and lock it up in trailer). We also like having it for back up. At night when we're in it I run a generator and a 1500 Watt electric heater.
But my trailer is fully insulated. I see now you were asking wisco-mb who stated his trailer is un-insulated. The Mr. Heater would probably be enough to keep un-insulated trailer warm. But not sure if electric the size I have would keep up.

Was up at camp last weekend . Got all four sleds started . Our old 1994 xlt would not start. It needed the hose inside the tank replaced . The old hose was completely gone. It started right up but the water pump started squealing . Loaded on trailer brought home to repair. don't know why I need 5 sleds. We were on vacation the first week October and we stained our 130 year old log cabin that was never stained before . sprayed the stain on used a dark brown.
