I am not totally sure what the problem is, that is why it has taken so long to get a fix. We are starting to believe that it might be a setting on the host server, which we do not control, but can ask to have changed. Starting a new process to try and get things up and running before the heavy traffic period starts in a month or so.
I really am very sorry and quite embarrassed that it has been a problem for so long!
