Why does it always miss us !

I'm wondering what is causing all of the major snow activity to repeatedly go just South of the Twin Cities ? I seem to remember this in past years also.
Any info would be greatly appreciated so I can hunt down the source, rip it's heart out and...
Alright, I'm a little frustrated. Anyway, Jet stream, bad/good luck, or what ?

Just the way things have turned out this season and in past seasons. In past years folks to your south were asking the same question and it was the same answer. This year they are getting their due. Perhaps your time is not long in the making.

Yeah, I suppose. I'm just a little bent. I'd rather be snowmobiling, but it gets spendy road tripping to get some seat time. I'm hoping to venture to your neck of the woods before the season's over. You guys ALWAYS seem to have snow when I need it!
