Winter Season Outlook 2013-14

Hello John:

I just re read your seaon outlook. I wonder whether you have any different outlook for the 2nd half of this winter in SE wisconsin and northwoods? Thank you for all you do for us snowlovers/chasers.

At this point I think the best idea is to expect this NW flow to be the predominate pattern, with brief periods where it is gone and another pattern occurs. I also am keeping the door open for a more significant change in the pattern later in the winter, but so far see no sign of it happening. The jetstream across all of the N. Hemisphere seems to be very comfortable where it has been for much of this winter.

Well I sure hope it stays comfortable! This has been the closest thing to winter that I've seen down here in a long time! I even got several chances to ride right from my door. Granted, I blew up my motor, but I'll take riding and blowing up over watching it sit in the garage any day!
