Thinking of going towards eagle river out of Gogebic. Looking for trail conditions and places to stay in eagle river. Also closest place to Gogebic to get Wisconsin trail permit.
I left Presque Isle Wi today conditions were good snow can get thin when you get that south. You can get trail permits at the Presque Isle gas station or if you ride into land o lakes Wi they have them right as you enter Wisconsin
Another way to get there would be through the Cisco chain. Drop down and stop at Bents Camp. Then south to Eagle River. Personally, I never liked being around Eagle River. Lots of stop signs
