Looks like 45 degrees this Sunday. Wolf Lake Resort has one or two bedroom efficiency type rooms. They are not bad. Stayed there once. Gas across the street, trails are right there. Not a bad choice. They also rent sleds. Check out their website for more information.

So we stayed there this past weekend. Place was ok. Clean but real foul odor of cig. smoke. Owners did not make you feel very welcome.
Trails were ok but the trail markers and signs were really bad for all areas around Baldwin, Irons, etc.
Trail signs for getting back to the Wolf Lake resort were very poorly marked along trail 340/35 or not marked at all. Very frustrating. Talked to many riders who felt the same way.
Will go back to the area but will look for different place to stay.

Guess it's not for you. I have the trails memorized, not a clue about trail numbers. Been riding there since 1980. Next time I will rent you my place. There is also the motel across the street.

There was more scenery than I expected in the area, we went up to Caberfae Ski for lunch one day.
Good trip until the rain set in.

Caberfae was a good run up and back.
