My husband and I both have these boots from Skidoo... they are amazing! Light weight, aggressive tread, easy to walk in and WARM! I've had no issues with cold feet with these on. ALSO... the best part is they keep your feet DRY.
I would have to agree that the Baffins from Gander Mt. are awesome for warmth! It is true that they are not great for walking in, as they are a bit bulky, but my wife has never had cold feet in them while snowmobiling.
I would vote for the Altimate's I wear a thin wick away sock they call it and my feet never get cold. Have had a few pairs of Sorels and my feet always got could. The Baffins are a good boot too.
try Kolhs ,zeroxprosur boots like snowboard boots but better flexibility, two different styles, light very comfortable to walk in pair with a set of new smartwool socks and she should be happy. I will post next weekend how they are (after i unwrap them) http://slickdeals.net/?sdtid=108768...te-_-**Slick Deals**-_-120x30 Kohl's w/border
