My wife is in need of new snowmobile boots this season. Anyone have any recommendations? Her feet tend to get cold easily.

I bought my wife a pair of Altimate boots last year. She used to put warmers in her boots with 2 pairs of socks.

Now it is just one pair of polypropolene socks and no warmers....She loves them

Good luck

Snowboard boots work well, they offer support and can usually find a great deal on craigslist.

The only problem with snowboard boots is they are angled forward so much. They get to be uncomfortable after a while. Otherwise they doo work good.

i'm not sure anything can beat the Baffins at Gander Mountain. they run about $100 on sale. My wife does not even use feet warmers anymore.

**these are great for sledding, but not great for walking a mile in.

I would have to agree that the Baffins from Gander Mt. are awesome for warmth! It is true that they are not great for walking in, as they are a bit bulky, but my wife has never had cold feet in them while snowmobiling.

I would vote for the Altimate's I wear a thin wick away sock they call it and my feet never get cold. Have had a few pairs of Sorels and my feet always got could. The Baffins are a good boot too.
