yesterday drag race OUCH!

Saw that happen on a ice oval race, just the guys leg got caught. Ended up losing his foot over it. Studs did too much damage.

2 tings...bet he puts the transfer blocks back in....and the guy on the left looks like he was running no studs too...both hard lessons to learn...I got me boot ripped off and bibs torn once by helping a guy get unstuck with studs....he doesn't tell me he is in reverse....LOL...Charles Thomas you out there? airblue? CT? where are ya putzski?????

Thanks for the good news Kip on recovering good!!! Studs can really damage concrete fast, but flesh, and bones don't stand much chance after protective boots gone through. It looked real bad.

He's from Iron River, MI. He's recovering very well and he'll make a full recovery. He did not have his tether around his wrist which he should've known better, safety first:)

Hey, thanks a bunch Kip. Good news indeed!!! I put my ride down a slope, in the trees while in Canada. I was fortunate the sled was not damaged other than a few scuffs, I still have a left knee a little sore/stiff, but okay. And I should have the tether attached also. Came out really, really fortunate for sure!!!!!!!

never want to see anyone get hurt, but ....and anyone who watched the video has to be thinking this....doing a tailstand in a dragrace and then NOT getting out of the throttle seems like he was digging it til he wasn't....LOL...he even had the holeshot....she's a runner....hope he gets back on next year and keeps her level. he might want to drop them ape hangers a bit as well....alla that leverage stood her up further the higher it went,....
