If the driver of the van ran over one of my kids or wife I would get justice. However, for damage to my vehicle it could easily be repaired or replaced. Thankfully it looks like nobody was hurt in the video!!

This news made the local newspaper yesterday. The 92 year old driver got the brake pedal & the gas pedal mixed... No charges were filed against him.

My grandfather played pinball between two cars when he was 96 foot slipped off the brake and onto the gas rear ended the car in front of him got nervous put it in reverse hit the car behind him scared himself, back into drive and into the front car again. When the Police got there he gave them an address he lived at 40 years prior. That was his first and only accident. When you are 96 and that happens you have to retake your drivers test including parallel parking when you 96 you will never parallel park, you will leave and come back later. Don't forget someday if we are lucky we will be that age and will try to hold on to our independence as long as we can.
