Zero Tolerance.

Any data out there about how much this law has affected the sales of bars along the trail? Also, any data saying that it has improved fatalities? Just curious.

In Michigan the "Zero Tolerance" program is promoted by the Michigan Snowmobile Association. to hopefully save lives. The state of Michigan promotes the "Don't drive Buzzed" campaign. Buzzed would be an impaired charge at .06, DUI at .08, and now we have what is called super drunk status, I think that is like .20 That gets you a year in jail 1st offence. It is way tough.

The law states that "super drunk" is a BAC of .17 or higher. It carries higher fines, longer jail sentence, and a mandatory license suspention.
