Zucchini bread or ?

Well I need of a few new recipies to try. Our plants went nuts this year and I'm tired of the recipie that I have. I made fourteen loafs of bread so far this summer. I have bags and bags of shreded Zucchini and I need something to do with it all. So post it up if you got one.

Cut the zucchini into carrot stick sizes then bread and deep fry. not bad!

Try this it's great and easy

Zucchini Soup
3lbs of Zucchini unpeeled sliced in 1/2inch slices
2 large Onions Quartered
5 Slices of Bacon (uncooked)
4 cups Chicken Broth
1tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic salt

Put all ingredients in large pot cook until tender. Once tender, carefully blend in blender. Serve with cheese croutons.
Freezes really well. It's also a really nice bowl of soup on a cold snowy day :)
