120 throttle question

I just had a 2000 & 01 cat. As far as I know none of them have them. You could tape a little block to the lever but they only get up to 8mph. If I remember right you have to get the " r's " up to engage the clutch for take off. My kids were all small and started on a kitty kat, we had them wear bicycle helmets to start, .

Santa brought a 2008 POLARIS (PINK) DRAGON 120 to my daughter Christmas 2007 when she was only 3 1/2.

There's 3 throttle spring position holes along with a governor that can easily be by-passed in 2 minutes with a simple wire-tie.

I placed it on the slowest one and it worked out perfect. I was able to jog along side her at first to where I was convinced she had it under control.

By the start of her 2nd season (4 1/2 years old) she took the sled out for the first time for a short ride and said "Daddy, you need to charge the battery", when I explained to her that it doesn't have a battery , it has a gas motor, she deductively suggested that "it needs more gas".

5 minutes later I advanced it to the fastest speed along with the governor by-passed and she was happy again.
