sno jet will be here before long so everything is cool with the vintage ride. The merc is a mess, rusted out exhaust, motor is shot. Tank rusty inside, I'm not interested in a restore. I was hoping it wouldn't be that bad and I could run it but that's not the case. For a $100 I took a risk. It's also not an easy machine to work on. You should have seen the mouse nest in the fan area, all rusted, nuts and bolts rusted breaking off, just too much

I feel your pain Lenny! My son and I restored(at least to ridable condition) an old Viking. It was beginning to become a PITA but then we found 2 donor sleds. A lot broken bolts and busted knuckles. Not a show piece but it's fun to ride!

Now we just need old sleds and people.

I got all excited when I first read this. I thought you said "sleds and old people".

I really like this idea and I've got serious vintage fever again but I don't see any way of getting my act together in time. I'm lacking a few things (like a sled).

I hope it happens this year and that it's the first annual. I can tell you that if you float this idea a little earlier next year, you'll very likely have at least one taker.

count on it than. Wait till you guys see this sno jet. I haven't seen it but Mike (the current owner) is just an incredible person. Smart and as nice as can be. I can't wait to see, I'm gonna treat it like a king.
