Expensive Sled

2013 Arctic-Cat F1100 Turbo Sno-Pro RR -$15,399.
I think that is more than my truck is worth right now. I'm glad I'm content driving a 600cc sled.

M1100.....M.....M.....M MY, my.....just another step into crazy long lugs and a longer track to put that 177 horse power to the trail.

Yeah, it's expensive, but if you only buy one of these every 5 years.....it's doable....and you only get to go around once, don't yeah know....with all the goodies, M's are looking like a handful of fun to me. Hard to see how these could go out of function for a good long time.

5yrs! It better last 15 yrs at that price and not have one problem! Personally I like the black model below that be I do not see either in my future except at night when sleeping!

Lenny~ Whats with the reverse on the Cats?

I started out riding my Ski-Doo. When I was looking at the dealer, it was between my Doo an a Polaris. My Doo won out but I have to say after having my wife's ZL500, I really like that sled.

artic cat sent out notice to not use the reverse on the sled and they were going to give you an extra year waranty. I'll stick with my Apex at least I can use my reverse

I have a rental lodging business that sledders use on a nightly basis. During one of the stays I had a group of 6 staying with me. 3 of the 6 had new 2012 cat 4 strokes and all three of them the reverse didn't work. Since than I started to pay attention and there is a big problem with the mechanical reverse on the 4 strokes, not the 2 strokes as they have the engine spin backwards. Don't get me wrong, they are nice riding and nice looking sleds but there certainly is a problem with the reverse.

Dam that is no good, I would be pissed, I guess since I don't see a new sled in my future any time soon, I don't have to worry about it, but that would suck to drop that kind of cash and then it not work!
