Just got my fogging glasses under control with Fog Zero paste but can't buy absorbent inserts for my BRP modular helmet. What are alternatives anybody have another source or making their own?

I've heard of people using...ummm...."feminine protective devices"....seriously.....have never tried it so don't know if it works, but I don't see why not. Would just take a little creativity with a pair of scissors.

Pete, they are on backorder until March supposedly. If you have the Bv2 I know people that pull that disk out of the mask and don't use the diaper at all. But I cannot say from experience as I don't wear a Mod helmet.

I also PM'd ya......

Buy a shammy (sp?), and cut it to size.

It's been about 5 or 6 a years since I wore one, but did have a BRP modular for 2 season, and when I did, I found it more of a hassle with the patch in vs. not. I removed it after the first or second time with the helmet, and never used it again. Just flick out any moisture/condensation build up whenever you stop, and your fine. If your dead set on inserting the patch, go buy your own material and save some money. It's nothing more than a "sham wow!"

There is no difference between mod 1 and mod 2 face mask or the mouth diapers. Maybe something like the heavy paper shop towels would work or the heavy duty bounty paper towels.

There are so so many things I could post, but this is a family show. Just take your whining prize from your local fation show, put it in the mouth piece and enjoy the ride. Just make sure it's a quality show. Low quality shows, well, you should put your prize in the trash.

Yes, I still have my Bv2s but only use that one on very cold days. Since I last rode with you I bought a modular 2. I liked it so much I bought one for my new riding partner!

Sounds like eBay is the ticket. How does the fog zero paste work? Where do you get it?
