Well, our Winter Storm Warning has been changed to a BLEEZARD WARNING! And HOLY CRAP is it coming down! This will prove to be an interesting day for sure. Lots of snow to move & no sign of letting up. Visibility is around 1/16th of a mile at best. If your not on the road, don't bother, if you are on the road, go home. Stay safe.-Mezz

Sure wish we would have that issue here in Central WI once. It's windy and light snow now.

*Unless you are a Tech student, then you still go out and drive to school.*

Honestly, that 1/16th of a mile of visibility is probably very accurate, I was at the library for a couple hours this morning, looking out the window to the south could barely see the houses on the other side of Hwy 41.

Edit: Tech cancelling classes at noon, leave it to them to get all the commuters to campus and then call classes off, haha. Only the second time in my three years here that they have canceled classes.

very nasty out is right. I tried 3 times before I made it to town.. I got to work around 8, then they closed up shop at 1. Wife came home early only to have the police say the road was closed due to a 6 car pileup. Log truck, plow, taxi, and a couple others. She took an alternate route and then the sheriff wouldn't let her come down the road.

All is well now. we are all home but not sure I'm gonna make it out tomorrow.

lotsa snow....... still blowin too.
