Best gloves

I'm looking for a new pair of gloves. I currently have some fxr gloves that I really like. I believe that they were $70 2 or 3 years ago. The thing that I don't like is that they're extremely difficult to wash. My hands do get sweaty sometimes and then you take the gloves off and there's an unpleasant odor lol.

I was looking at the klim summit gloves. They have a liner so the liner could be washed. I don't mind spending over $100 if they're going to meet my needs. I don't really care for klim's color selection though. If they made them in plain black I would probably pull the trigger.

What are you favorite gloves and why?

I like the KLIM Fusion glove. Warm when you need it and grip when you want it. I also use the Cabela's glove that looks identical to a KLIM glove as a back up. that one does not have the 2 in one 1 concept.

This is a good topic. I've had trouble finding gloves that I like. I think the issue is that the rider forward sleds expose your hands a lot more than the old ones did, at least when you are trail riding. I currently have the Klim Fusion gloves, but I'm not a big fan of them. I've heard LOTS of people say they love them though. In my experience, they're too cold on the grip side and you don't get a good grip on the warm side (too much padding between your hands and the bars). I had the Klim klimates before that, and I found them cold. I'll probably try something different this year. Probably all personal preference.

I have the Klim Fusion glove and Motorfist glove, they both work exceptionally well! Worth the money for either.

I suppose it depends what kindo of riding you do. For backcountry riding I really like the True Adventure Gear Storm X glove. For trail riding I'm afraid I don't know.

I'm personally not a big fan of the Klim gloves. By midway through the day I find it hard to get them on and of...the inner liner seems to get wadded up weird or something. Just my $.02

I got a pair of the Cabelas "pinnacle" gloves last year and really like them and I also have Reima, Ski Doo and Klim gloves, they are all ok.....depends on your riding style for sure. Another thought are the gloves by Ice Armor? I bought a pair of their mittens for ATV and other use and they are a great product. They make them for ice fishing, etc. I bought mine at MFF.

I think I may pull the trigger on those Summit gloves. I can get them for $106 from the local dealer. He has to order them though. If I need an XL instead of an L I will be out a 20% restocking fee. I plan to go there and try on another pair of Klim gloves to make sure the sizes are the same as my regular gloves.

Good suggestions here. I've had the liner gloves before and they were bulky. Hoping these Klim aren't bulky. Main concern is having them being washed. It's almost like wearing the same underwear all season. Maybe I'm just turning into a germaphobe.

Another vote for Cabela's Pinnacle gloves. I have a pair of 'em that are almost 10 years old now, and still going strong.

Very warm and comfortable.
