When you look at it on map it looks lke a long boring ride on 8 & 1 or head thru what other loopish trails you would like in areas you want to see but 8 & 1 sticks out like a sore thumb route. 8 & 1 is such a haul balls route miles won't matter very doable RT.

Whitedust is correct. 8 is long and flat if that is what you are looking for. Would be the fastest time and speed wise. 12 across to mass is a lot or road. Kinda weird when we were up there last week it wasnt really smooth but it wasnt bumpy either. Just every so often your sled would drop and catch you off gaurd at speed. I would go 109 up and across 12 but doing it that way I would guess a strong 200 mile round trip. Even down to 8 and across is gunna be a long day to. Down to 109 and up will take you thru sturgeon river and that was real nice ride. Trail 1 that white dust said is the trail to take you into lake of the clouds. And trail 11 is fast and long.

X2 .....Agree 12 too much road riding I stay away from those trails 109 great trail but not in the direction of LOC so really up to you to pick a path that you may like.
