I knew it was a matter of time, but I received an email from Polaris today promoting their new gear with a little video. It sure looks like Klim gear to me! :) They even show some of the gear being sewn together in the factory and there is a big Klim decal in the background. Now they have the best gear too! ;) Ok, rip away.

and answer to your question under age kids in a sweet shop in some 3rd world crap hole factory just like all ridding gear. heck just like every pile of junk we buy now days.
I still don't know why cat sold there right to use gortex to klim yrs ago.
the cat stuff backcountry was the best oem out. now just average at best.
I have more coats than I know what to do with but my go to jacket is still my pisspounded dirty old gortex cat boondocker jacket. I grab it over my motor fist/klim/new cat/coat most every time

At one of the snow shows, I talked to a lady who heads up marketing for Motorfist. She had worked for poo before that. She said Poo went away from gore-tex because gore-tex dramatically increased their minimum ordering quantities. She then helped Poo pick out eVent, but then went to work for Motorfist and helped Motorfist then get the snowmobile exclusive for eVent. That's when Poo switched over to whatever fabric they came up with after that. I bought a Poo eVent jacket on clearance one year for next to nothing, and so did another guy I ride with. We both have been very happy with them - tons of miles on them. Nice thing about the OEM gear is the clearance sales.

Is the Poo gear going to feature gore-tex now or are they keeping that with klim only?

Nice reply compared to some of these worthless posts, like "Why did you ask the question?"! LOL Yes, they are using Gore-Tex along with 3M materials and YKK zippers.

Because a highly subjective (and biased) statement like "Now they have the best gear too!" is such a gem? You did say "rip away", so it should come as no surprise that some did. :)

The stuff is all made in the same sweatshop...they just rotate in a different labels banner in the background on picture day when they bring in the 10 well nourished workers as well.

I agree with you ez, I have been an Arctic Wear fan forever. I've never had an issue with any of their gear. It's been 3 years since I've picked up a new coat, then again, I have no need to because it's like new yet & everything I need. Same with their helmets & gloves, but, to each their own.-Mezz

It's no surprise, that's why I got ahead of it. It is sad though! You can't get 2 posts into a new thread and the bs begins. In this thread, it was the second post. The negativity and slamming has really turned me off the past few years. It's not as fun as it used to be and I hate to even post anymore. It's really a shame. :( I'm tempted to delete this thread already.

To me to say a 1 brand sled or software is the best is a matter of opinion & application no 1 brand is right for everyone considering price & features of other products. No doubt others would not agree & voice their opinions as well. What fun would it be & how would it be informative if everyone just said me too to all postings? Just everyday stuff to me nothing to get uptight about.:)

Prime example. I'm answering a question Hoosier had and stating facts.
And where did those faacts come from? A e mail video so what are your facts any different that what I stated? It is a campaign a team put together to use social media as a product launch. And it is working just like they planed and u get upset I point it out what ever
