thanks for all the ideas. I now have it working.

We need more information then it is now working, what was the fix?

This was the fix

Had to run the wire that Chevy dead ends to a empty battery post on the front end side of the battery and also needed to put a 40amp fuse into the fuse box next to a 30amp on the front end side of the box. I went to my Chevy dealer they gave me the fuse and showed me the wire that I had to un tape and run to the post. After the 10 minute drive to the dealer it was maybe a total of less then five minutes to fix it. NOT EVEN ENOUGH TIME TO HAVE A COLD BEER!!!!
