Guys our size are best with the xxl size the 661 material is expandable so lots of stretch & you need that to pull over. There is a side zip but Dan didn't even know it was there just easier to pull over than mickymouse around with side zipper...lol. You won't take off during lunch just stays on until done riding very comforable breaths well. My FXR bibs have expandable panels so no problem with me wearing under my bibs & straps seem to find a good spot on 661 to groove in. I find Klim jackets are sized a bit small too but 661 your best shot to fit under current jacket. If I went tek vest I would need to resize everything & I didn't want to add that much bulk to my layers. No matter which vest I bought I wanted to keep using the back thing to hold my old body together & 661 was the best combo for that bar none. The 661 belt keeps vest in place when active but nothing like the back thng for lower back & kidndy protection.

yea the largest size is the xxl..they are around 130$ so 70-100 less than others..part of the package now..i got dressed a couple times and it was hanging still and i just felt something was missing..it becomes part of your gear like a helmet
This is the one I wear under my avy pack. http://hmkusa.com/protective/131-protective-vest-w-d3o.html I used to wear the tek vest with a back pack avy, but now I wear this with a vest style avy pack that also has some protection. The HMK one does fit snugger, which I like, but doesn't have as much protection as the HMK.
