Hahaha ^ more or lessHaha The locals are probably driving by saying to themselves "what the heck is this guy doing? Its just a little snow" lol
Im glad you're pumped. Get some good video of a whiteout from that location when it comes.
Annoying? Hеll no it's not! Keep it coming! If it's not annoying and not flooding the board, I'll contribute my pictures more often here. … I'm a meteorology weather weenie.
And while you're there, if you're any kind of history buff, in case you haven't checked it out yet do not miss the Calumet Theatre, just a bit less than 200 ft. north of Shute's.… Also, looks like you are in a great location - just down the street from true Calumet landmarks such as the Michigan House, Shute's, and Bucko's![]()
I recommend an unhurried self-guided tour — see ALL the nooks and crannies. Bring your camera, if allowed. You'll feel like you've been transported back to Ford's Theater, in Washington D.C. circa 1861-1865 and will almost expect to see ol' Abe Lincoln sitting in one of the boxes on the left.During Regular Box Office Hours
