It never seemed like they were powersports friendly there, but a great location to serve powersports for sure.

x2 Even stopped there once with the wife in the fall and it was more like a daycare than a - what was it supposed to be? - a bar? Never went upstairs but it is a cool building right on the trail.

It's on the other side of the canal, so likely not. North and west of the bridge about 1/4 mile from Ramada.

The asking price for the Beach Club place is $2.2M? If so wow that is insane. I know it’s right there on the water and I think there is a living quarters up above but yikes.

Do you seriously feel it should be $220,000 with one less zero? 350' of prime waterfront? Yes, the KML is for sale for 1.5m and the contacts are Mr. Vivian and Mr. Piche who would LOVE to sell it since the 2 previous buyers backed out.

Lots of buyers with that kind of money on this website....lol.... NOT!! LOL... Snowmobilers will fight you for every penny when buying a sled then gladly pay big money to mod it..lol :)

I can see one reason to back out- pretty views are nice but at 1.5 you would need to do 1.5 in business per year- hope to make 10% profit now your at break even paying the interest on the debt, and you worked 60 hours a week just for the fun of it-1.5 div by 365 days is $4109 per day in revenue- not profit-could hit that on some days but not 365 days-property looks nice though!
