I know you are not supposed to kill the messenger. However, so far the news that has been delivered to me on this site about this winter isn't that great. I am calling on you John as well as the entire Dee family to prove that you are doing all you can help in this matter by performing your best snow dance and posting a video of it here. In all fairness we should all do what we can by doing the same. I know nothing about snow dances but I think I'll learn one and give it a try myself. Maybe we could all vote for the best snow dance. This will give those of us without open trails something positive to do to bring about change. Let's see those dances!

I don't know who these people are from 2013. All I know is whatever they did worked so well that every effort should be done to recreate this photo ASAP. That year had an incredible weather pattern flip mid January that brought the cold and snow to the midwest that didn't let up til May.
