I had read on another site that Arctic Cat is already starting to deliver new 2027's and that Cat had potentially sold around 11K sleds during pre season sales, I hope for the brand and the industry that the momentum continues!

That is great news, now we have to contend with huge gas prices. Hopefully that changes soon, it is wreaking havoc on everything.

yes, curious what they will be like next year, not going to stop me though, might pucker up filling the tank but wont stop me. Last year I paid $4.11/gal in an all the way north town for premium, then about 50 or so miles south paid $5.49/gal for premium, is what it is but can see how some people might stay home if things get worse or don't get better, not this guy though

We had 2 good trips last year. UP in Jan. Gas was relatively cheap. Then Ontario in March. Started OK for Ontario prices but gas went up seemingly every time we stopped, thanks to whatever was going on in Iran. Peanuts I suppose.

I hope el nino and gas prices don't take the momentum our of sled sales this year.

Realistically the costs of living now will impact winter trips and sled sales since people have to cut back on everything. If your budget is tight wives have a way of tightening the snowmobile budget if she didn’t I would have bought a new sled every year or 2. 😂

I guess we each have are own tipping points. We just got back from Lowes and I cringe at the amount the misses spent on flowers for the garden. But it does give a guy leverage for when the snow flys. So, yeah....

Gary, LOL, the spring flower purchase will be ancient history in her mind by the time December rolls around! You'll have purchased something between now and then that "balanced out" the flowers! Shirley you've been married long enough to figure this out!?!?! If you don't strike when the iron is hot, you're outta luck! LOL!

I'm working on a "cumulative plan". Flowers and plants this week, curtains next month, maybe a vacation in August....and then BAM! She owes me...as soon as the new models hit the showroom.;)

They had 27 858 at the sled round up. The seat looked a little different from previous years. Felt like a softer foam.
I sure miss OEMs sneak peeks so you could sit on all the new sleds see how they fit. They might have to reconsider doing this again to stir up interest maybe AC will lead the way. I would attend.

I should probably fess up, the Mrs. and I have a good understanding of finances. I don't grouse about the number of shoes in her closet and she doesn't mind all of my tools and toys in our garage. Just the same, I can't get my head around buying a plant that's going to die when the first frost comes along. But that's just me....

I have seen postings and pictures of the new seat, I never really understood the dislike of the original seat. I will admit, it was my only fear about buying my Catalyst, that I would absolutely hate the seat, just basing it on other peoples opinions and the looks of it as well. I had literally bought the sled without seeing or sitting on one in person, then had the opportunity to sit on one at Wide Open Wisconsin Show a week before I picked mine up and will admit I was still unsure. Now its definitely not the "couch" of a seat I have been used to throughout the years, I for one like the seat, its not too firm for me, I like the ease and freedom of movement on seat when needed. All in all I never understood some of the opinions on the seat and again I admit I thought I would hate it, but to each his own. Maybe will be able to see and sit at Wide Open Wisconsin Show and feel improvements, see if worth it one or not. Only thing I plan on upgrading at this point are the ski's
