I have a 17 MXZ 900 Ace and yes the battery requires taking off a few of the body panels screws. To get the oil filter out you have to pull the exhaust. Spring tool is a must. The newer ones are way easier, but it could be worse.

Caliber guides and mats are great. Before I added them to our trailer we screwed a "slave" board" strip onto the deck where the studded track went, it worked just had to replace it every couple seasons. The plastics are way better and worth the $.

2nd season on my MXZ TNT 900 Ace that I bought with really low miles, it was a few years old. Awesome sled all the way around. Took a couple rides to adjust to the 4 stroke engine braking and throttle, definite keeper.
