Vilas is re-opening at 8am on Friday. The open water is in the south bay of Lake Minocqua, by the bowling alley side of lake.
Barrels are still on the lake.
Thanks for all the info. I had an MRI done 4 years ago and have a "broad based disc bulge L1-L2" and other areas are shallow milder bulges. One doctor said it was just normal aging.
I have thought about the inversion stuff...as the running pounds down against the bulge, and I am thinking well...
I have run 2 miles every day for over 30 years (maybe missing 10 days total). My current streak is 14 years without missing a day of running.
Feel great, but it has lead to a lower right back pain in the muscle area. I can put my thumb on the trigger point/pain area, but am not sure how to...
What is interesting is that I never use the non working burner. It is the right front, and
I only use the left front for cooking....dont know how it broke....
Yes, one of the "burners" is not working. It receives gas when I turn it on, but there is no flame. It will light if i put a flame to it.
The other 3 show flames when turned on.
I should clarify that the pilot light that was left on for 6 hours, is not the problem. Another pilot did not start the past two months and i finally called the appliance guy to come check it out. Charged $150 to tell me that the starter piece is no longer made. It is an Amana "insta broil"...
I had the appliance guy come over and take a look at it. The starter piece needed for the stove was discontinued in 2014.
So either need a new stove or just use the other 3 burners. Stove is 25 years old now. Amana.
Pilot light was on the whole time apparently. I cant believe I didnt notice it at lunch and then at 3pm before heading out on sled. I made some oatmeal.
I left one of the pilot lights on apparently today for 6 hours between noon and 6pm. The flame was on when i arrived back at house at 6pm.
I turned it off 30 minutes ago and opened a door and window in house.
My carbon monoxide detector detects no carbon monoxide. Am I ok??
