    Canada Fishing is Back

I agree.....and I am a little concerned that the June (especially) border "backups" will return. Nothing like driving 9 or 10 hours to sit in line to cross for 2 or 3 hours.....this seems to be an issue largely at the International Falls crossing. Regardless, fishing season is upon us...

    Canada Fishing is Back

wtp- There are no longer any ArriveCan requirements or negative COVID tests necessary to enter Canada. Thank goodness (that was a real PITA). Just the normal proof of citizenship (a passport is obviously the easiest). As for the old OWI, that's a tougher call. I have heard of people being...

    Cold/Flu bummer

No doubt I'll get roasted for this, but I've had ONE flu shot over the last 40 years....and had ONE case of the flu over that time (not the same year as the flu shot). I'm actually THRILLED that kids (aka germ factories LOL) are back in school and improving everyone's immune systems.

    Canada Fishing is Back

AND.....effective October 1st, 2022....no more ArriveCan will be required to enter Canada. No more "proof of vaccination". We are returning to "normal" border crossing between the US and Canada (for Americans). It's about time.

    Canada Fishing is Back

When I heard the news about no more COVID tests, at first, I thought that maybe the article was old and dated.....LOL. That's seriously good news and should really help all of the border resorts and fishing camps. Still plenty of hard water currently though... :)

2012 Yamaha Vector LTX - SOLD!

If you're saying my '12 is a nice sled, thank you! I was VERY disappointed in Yamaha, once again. I found a 2022 to buy....the 2012 is still out there for sale! LOL

2012 Yamaha Vector LTX - SOLD!

I am HOPING to place an order for a 2023 Viper tomorrow after Yamaha finally unveils the new models and opens up ordering for the dealers. I am with you....the power steering is awesome and I am partially basing my purchase on the belief (hope) that they will add it to the '23 Vipers. I'm also...

2012 Yamaha Vector LTX - SOLD!

$6,000 firm. Honestly, if I don't sell the sled this spring or summer, I am not concerned as I am guaranteed to have a sled to ride in December should my 2023 not be delivered.

SOLD Excellent condition. 9,440 miles (nearly all U.P. of Michigan miles). Power Steering. Sled serviced annually. In the fall of 2020 the clutch was rebuilt, the shocks were rebuilt and all of the suspension wheels were replaced.....only because I thought it was time to do so. Zero issues...

    Triton Trailers Sold

beavers33, Maybe some of my thoughts about declining quality were due to the fact that I had previously had a Triton Elite (twice) and a Triton Prestige prior to buying my (lowlife....mostly kidding) TC16. I dunno. All that being said, I am having the entire axle assembly replaced with a new...

    Triton Trailers Sold

Once upon a time (13+ years ago), Triton quality and customer service was EXCELLENT. I owned 3 Triton's prior to 2010, starting in the mid 1990's. At least 2 of them are still being used today (I lost track of the 3rd one). I noticed the decline in general materials with my 2010. And when...
