not a trail open north of Stevens Point as of this weekend as far as I saw on Travelwisconsin. We rode on lakes that we know were 8-10" this past weekend just to fish in northern Wisconsin near Park Falls.
Sauk, Vernon, Richland counties are great to ride with the terrain and the trail systems. My parents are just outside of LaValle/Wonewoc and try to ride there when they have the snow. Great pics!

last weekend we rode Ashland County trails west of the Flowage, they were the best I have ever seen them in past 3 years. One rough spot through logging area, but the rest was flat and fun. Was not the case last year so pleasantly surprised.
We rode from Land o Lakes to Gwinn last year. Rode up 3 to Bond Falls and grabbed 8 East. That was the only viable we could find. If I remember it was every bit of 180 miles to Gwinn. Munising will be well over 210 if you continue on 8.
We are going to be in Munising area for the Super Bowl. Best venue to watch? Foggy's, Bear Trap, Cherrywood or is there a better spot. Looking for little bigger TV to watch Manning's swan song. Staying in Chatham so towards Gwinn not out of the question either.
There was a message in the WI DNR website stating it is up the localities as whether or not to open early. I saw a few counties down south are open now such as Green, Lafayette and parts of Dane among others. Many of the posts I have read where people are sledding in these areas are being told...
