Ya they should have never opened them, but let all the idiots ruin their equipment if they are dumb enough to ride is the way I see it down by you guys! It was basically bare ground 2 weeks ago anything south of HWY 8. Vilas is in better shape definitely with the new snow only real bad trails...

Same thing. Honestly any report I just wait and see real world. They have said 2-4 before and we get 12”. Anything at this point will help❄️

Only thing saving what’s even left is the clouds. If the sun comes out on Thursday it’s over.

With a high of 43 on Thursday and full sun anything not in the woods will be gone starting from scratch. Can’t believe people are complaining in Oneida County about not open, there is barely any snow cover. We need a big storm fast or it’s over for awhile, couple inches isn’t going to help

Most people that care about there Sled’s in Vilas will either trailer to the UP to ride(that’s me) or leave them parked waiting for a big storm. Only people that will be out if Vilas opens will be rentals and some people for a quick run for a cold pop and some food😀

They just bumped up the snow forecast a little more for tonight, so we will see what happens. Little fresh dusting this morning.

There will be enough pressure from the businesses to open. Only problem is will there be enough snow. At this point I’m not trashing any of my sleds to ride garbage trails from no base…..pray for a huge snowstorm that’s the only hope we have at this point.
