I am loosing my marbles and was hoping they would pull one off 1 of the 60 Ski Doo's still in the crate. They gave me a rental sled a few weekends which was nice but such a hassle because I would have to load it up on Sunday and bring it back. We would normally get up early on Sundays and go for a ride for lunch then get back to the house and pack up to head back to the work house. Hard to do that when you got to bring the rental back. My other big fear is they aren't bothering with the sled not waking up in the cold and now we are getting to a point we may not have really cold weather anymore. I won't find out until next winter that they haven't resolved that issue and be without my sled next winter trying to fix that issue. I am going there tomorrow and ask them face to face about the wake up. The answer they give me tomorrow will determine if they ever get my business again.
Hermie, who’s the dealer if I may ask? You can pm if you want. Thanks

Ya I don’t want to go there either. Definitely could have helped you with a part off a sled in the crate that won’t sell to next season. 🤷‍♂️
Yep, don’t want to get into that up here. Dealers don’t need that and if they bring it upon themselves then that’s their issue. Business is hard enough to come by. You’re either good or you’re not in my opinion.

Nope not for me. If it's bad, it's bad. If it's good, it's good. His dealer owes him a full, and complete explanation, with no questions remaining. He fully deserves it, period. Anything less, and let the truth be told no matter who likes it, or not. Sorry, I don't believe in hiding things that aren't to our liking. Never have!

Unfortunately at this time now the season is looking over at least from riding from the house. Hindsight is always 20/20. Looking at it now they have about 100 rentals going out every weekend and I now am starting to believe that's a big part of the problem. If I had to take an educated guess there mechanics are busy fix those sled at the beginning of the week to make sure they can keep that cash coming in every weekend so customers sleds sit on the back burner. So it's easier for them to say Ski Doo has the part on backorder so let that one sit. Ski Doo will be hearing from me this week that this is not ok and unacceptable. We will see where that goes. It's great to be on a site like this that everybody cares about one another to try and help each other out. Thank you guys I really do appreciate it.

Hermie, you could be somewhat right with the 'rental fleet getting priority service? However, after 10dayes of the back ordered parts BS, there's no excuse for the dealer, in not taking the parts required off of another new sled. None. The Doo district sales manager should have approved that with your warranty claim. Whether ma sled in a crate, or set up. No excused whatsoever. Don't hold back hermie, make Doo realize you are absolutely serious, and only want what is YOURS! They have stolen the most of your 'new' sled' season from you already. Hang in there, and keep your head screwed on while communicating with the dealer, and or Doo! Where are the 'lemon laws' when needed? You may check on that as this is a seasonal vehicle you purchased. Best of Luck to you on this crap you've been handed.

Thanks Abe I appreciate it. My biggest concern now turns to next season. I may have no way of knowing if the is even fixed. I am hoping among hope I get it back in time to at least before the upper peninsula melts down but I have very little faith that's going to happen

I would fight like hell with Doo and the dealer over this. You now have a new, year old sled that has depreciated and hasn't been used. They owe you a new sled.

I hear ya hermie. This correction, fix needs to happen now! You must be very stern in relating this to your dealer, and Doo. You are not located in the same climate conditions as is Valcourt, QC, CA.. Time is of the essence here.
