he was right, broke right through
now to figure out how to get off, the threads that the tool would use to pull it off are on the part that broke off
thinking of trying to make a puller of some sort.......
so i heard a little metalic ratteling sound at idle and found the jamb nut on the main clutch was loose
i am getting the clutch pulled and having this tightened but a mechanic i know told me the clutch would be junk and the shaft WOULD be cracked.....
i dont think that it was like this for long...
the noise i mentioned in a belt noise post appears to be the secondary blowing up.
obviously i need a new helix and roller cams but is the damage on the sheathes or whatever they are called normal?
what about the wear on the main shaft?
i have never had one of these apart before so any input...
this sled is new to me so i am probably paranoid but i blew a belt and i put a new one on and then an old one and when you go to take off it makes a funny sound as the belt grabs when you are taking off slow, almost sounds like rocks bouncing around
i didnt have a helmet on at the time so maybe...
just got this sled from my boss this year and last night it just lost power in the cylinder on the belt side, the plug is soaked in fuel
i'm getting new plugs today but has anyone had this happen, is there a typical problem?

I looked it up on line and they offer safety courses on line and they say you can study, take the test, pay the $30 and ride
This sounds convenient, is this legit and the best way to go?

this is my friends son, you have to be 14 to race at k-zoo and he turned 14 two weeks before the start of the season
he has been racing a smaller version of the attached buggy since he was a kid, lol, like he's not one now.

My 05 duramax was cruising down the highway and just went "blah!" it kept running but barely and I was able to get off the highway. I turned it off, wiggled the wires to the aftermarket chip, started it and drove it home. I took a test drive the next day and it did the same thing after leaving...

my daughters switch "lever" broke, the piece you push back and forth. the switch and bike still work but i would like to fix the switch. replacement cost is $95.00 so i was thinking about an after market switch or kill switch, i think it is a 4 wire, any suggestions?
the start/stop/run switch on my daughters pw50 broke yesterday. the mechanics of the switch still works and the bike still runs its just the little piece you push back and forth broke off. replacement costs $95.00, any suggestions for a aftermarket switch or kill button?
