Hello. (If this post isn't a fit for this message board, please feel free to delete!)
I purchased a new Honda push mower and plan to use it for the first time this weekend to chew up leaves. This will be the only time I will use it this year. Should the oil be changed before I use the mower...
Hello.
My brother sent me a pic from someone's deck in Ironwood showing a light coating of snow, and it appeared to still be snowing. I'm curious if anyone knows how much snow they (or other places in the UP) got?
Thanks.
Hello.
Our 10-year anniversary was Friday, so my wife and I took a day trip to the Ironwood area. We had a picnic lunch at Black River Harbor (cool place!) and also went to the very top of the Copper Peak ski jump. It was pretty windy, so the jump was definitely swaying a bit. I was pretty...
I'm not talking about manmade snow left over on a ski hill. Has there been enough natural snow left in June to get a "read" ride in in June....say 1/2 mile or so?

I live near Duluth, MN. Any thoughts on how the hot summer might impact fall colors in my neck of the woods? Or is there not much of a correlation?
For those of you in the U.P., have you heard about how your color show might turn out this year?

I know that I can't put much faith in these reports....just some fodder until the snow flies.
L. Superior temps warmest in a century. "Horrendous lake effect snow" possible.
Pure speculation in regard to the lake effect snow, I suspect.
