Can handwarmers be moved to new handlebars? Anyone done this? Thinking about getting different handlebars but would like to reuse everything else (put dragon handlebars on a Fusion).

Do you just buy from dealer or are they cheaper elsewhere? Going to go through skid. Got 5500 miles so assuming9 a few bearings are bad by now. When do you replace whole wheel? When the rubber starts chunking off? Many of the wheels have little stress cracks on them.
