I am planning a trip out west this yr, probably 2 trips. Problem is i've never been farther than the black hills. Been riding since the early 80's, mostly WI, MN, UP, SD, & ND. We will prob rent, I've ben tossing it up btween Togwotee & cooke city. Maybe both? So where should a "western newbie" go?

So i've done some searching, & im not 100% sure on this. So here it goes, the furnace is propane the thermo calls for heat & the flame kicks on but soon after the flame kicks out while the fan is still spining, now with out shutting down (fan) the flame will kick back on & then shut off again...

So I cant get under the hood on a 91 suburban, the latch is frozen. I need to get the hood open so I can jump it or charge the batt. It's blocking half of my garage door. & it's the spot where I park the enclosed trailer. Iv'e tried some knocker loose on the cable ends but it still wont get it...

Our water heater has only been giving us approx 20 gallons of hot water,(40 gal tank) Electric by the way. So I open the covers where the elements are & discover that the bottom element's wire's (only one) BURNT to a crisp. I dont understand how one switches to the other when in need? Kind of...
