We got home yesterday from another week of summer vacation at Krupp's All Seasons Resort. We a great week of swimming, campfires, beer drinking, some shopping, and atving, over 300 miles. The right side wheel bearing went out on my truck on they way up which sucked, but we fixed it Friday...

What an awesome season it was. After Decembers sucky start, there was no way I would have thought I would have finally gotten a May ride in. We rode right from the Scottishack, no trailering to a drop off point! A great way to end the 2012-2013 riding season, with great friends!

I wonder if Richard is sick of snowblowing yet? LOL.

Too much snow, the white flag has been offered, will mother nature accept? I HOPE NOT! Sorry, I couldn't help myself. :p

The last few years we have seen a warm up/thaw during the week of Christmas in the northwoods, wrecking everyone's spirits. Well, it looks t like THAT warm up is happening NOW. I predict that the week of Christmas will have the most amount of snowfall ever recorded!!

That is right, my first ride of the year was at home! I put 3.2 miles on the new sled. That counts don't it? LOL.

So, whenever we have a hot summer, people always seem to think that the lake effect will be greater because the lake is so warm, I have even read this in the newset Snowtech magazine. And I have read on numerous times, John's take on this. He has said that by the time the cold weather gets here...

LOL, about 5 minutes into our last break of the day today. I've been getting up at 3:30 am this week, not going to bed until 9:30-10:00 p.m. I think it caught up with me.

We arrived around noon today, got settled in, and went for a little ride. The Pro RMK is an incredible sled. :)

I picked up a 2012 Pro RMK 800 last weekend. Wow, what a sled! Gets up on the snow like nothing I have been on before, a LITTLE bit harder to get on edge compared to my 07, but once there, a lot easier to keep it there. I put 150 miles on it so far, I am really looking forward to riding this out...
