I ride alone down here all the time but if anyone will be riding in that area somewhere that morning and doesn't mind a tag...
on the way to work i noticed that the oil pressure would drop to zero when at a stop, if i put it in neutral and reved it up a little the pressure would rise
the oil level is good and i hear the oil pump failure is rare, any ideas?

i picked up a different sled this year with a new track and it doesnt have studs, i figured that i would just go without and see how i liked it

I switched sleds with a lower windshield and get so much wind in my HJC helmet that my eyes water
any one used those neck curtains or something to keep air out?
I know, switch to moto and goggles..... but short of buying another helmet.....
so i heard a little metalic ratteling sound at idle and found the jamb nut on the main clutch was loose
i am getting the clutch pulled and having this tightened but a mechanic i know told me the clutch would be junk and the shaft WOULD be cracked.....
i dont think that it was like this for long...
the noise i mentioned in a belt noise post appears to be the secondary blowing up.
obviously i need a new helix and roller cams but is the damage on the sheathes or whatever they are called normal?
what about the wear on the main shaft?
i have never had one of these apart before so any input...
this sled is new to me so i am probably paranoid but i blew a belt and i put a new one on and then an old one and when you go to take off it makes a funny sound as the belt grabs when you are taking off slow, almost sounds like rocks bouncing around
i didnt have a helmet on at the time so maybe...

Thanks ahead of time
