I am sure he would agree with I don't like to be a Debbie downer, but sadly things do not look promising in the snow department for the Midwest at this point & time.

I agree with garageguy, & toddspolaris, I would change the glass. It does appear the condensation is between the exterior & interior glass which would indicate a broken seal. Perhaps the door had a rough closing or two in its 24 years of service that contributed to the seal failure.

GFS currently showing possible 5.5" here in the Kee through the 10th, Euro currenlty shows a bit more for same time frame at 9.5". Not holding my breath though, we'll see.....

Exactly, the model runs for both the GFS & European do show the possiiblity of snow. But, as John would say, that is too far out to have any faith in. And like you said skylar, wait 6 hours & it will change. I don't know that the snowfall models are able adjust or be adjusted for the current El...

Then I would say in all likelyhood the fan motor is burned out. Time to replace it & IMO you might as well change the whole thing, unless you can get one that will fit the current light fixture. That may be a crap shoot considering its age though.

Most fans are sold application specific, ceilings that are either vaulted or high ceilings would use the drop pole, flush mount are for lower flat ceilings. Hunter fans are top of the line. By what you describe you could very well have a power source issue if both the light & fan are no longer...
