And with it getting cold now this snow is going to set up and we will have a phenomenal base for the whole season.

Ran up to the cabin for the weekend and the snow is unreal for December. We were making first tracks in many areas.

We rode up on the north shore this weekend and the amount of snow was crazy. Along with the stucks. We made first tracks down sections of the Moosewalk, Timberwolf, and Tomahawk trails and it was crazy. I’ll post some pictures tomorrow.

You should be fine riding out of Silver Bay then. We plan to be up there for a good portion of that week also.

Going up the Northshore to Finland this weekend for the first trip. Then hopefully about every other weekend after that up there. Do have a mid-Feb trip planned for Utah again this year and we'll see about a trip to Montana to ride with my son. No plans yet on that one though.

Yeah, I might be the only person hoping for a recession to drive some demand and prices down.

Yea, thats our thoughts also. Plan to buy a new truck this spring though also. Had a plan as we get closer to retirement to get a truck this spring and a camper the following year. May have to move the camper plans up a bit.

Me too! I wish I could run two sleds side by side and compare the difference but I'll have to rely on my shaky memory to compare. People that have done it though say they really notice it and like it.

Its a 2021 Polaris 850 SKS. It has reverse, all new sleds have the PERC reverse which is just the engine spins backwards instead of the old gear style reverse options.

I did. Heated the crap out of it without melting the belly pan. First one came out well but the bottom one, augh. Even broke the handle on the easy out.
