Fired up the grill today and had a couple drinks while it was cooking! Beautiful day in the Keweenaw and the evening seems a little nicer than the day! A couple of pics for proof! It fed the four of us here and I may have leftovers for lunch all week! M8man

I have ruined soo many crusts it’s not funny. For a while I’d make some but also thaw a frozen ball to have it ready in case. I’m getting better but still use the periodic frozen dough ball and even buy some fresh made crusts from local pizza joints. More messing around than anything

I use the Ooni recipe from my “cooking with fire” book from Ooni. I get about 4 dough balls from this, Ooni also sells a box kit w the ingredients and u just make it. Also some frozen dough balls work decent too. Here is what I use
