    Grooming history

Sweet! Where did you find that? Not that I have the room for it, but if I was looking for a project vehicle something like that would be it.

    Grooming history

I was having a random thought last night as I was trying to fall asleep. When did grooming start? I haven't found much information on it, other than a few articles I have found, it seems like it might have started in the 70's? I think it would be neat hear about the history and see some of...

ATV trails opening in Iron county

We're heading up to the Munising area in two weeks. If the snow doesn't show up, we're not cancelling our reservations and taking our four wheelers. Maybe do some hiking. Maybe do some ice fishing if we can figure out how to do that with no ice lol. Anyway, we're going to make the most of it...

Awesome, I love films like these! So cool to see John in it and the tribute to him at the end.

Favorite stops from back in the day..

I love them all, especially the stops in Grand Marais and Paradise. But I really love stopping in at Jack Pine in Manistique, there's just something about that basement.

    We were spoiled

I feel the same, I don't think I understood how much I depended on his forecasts. Sure, you can look at all kinds of stuff on the internet, but his forecast graphic was the simplest way to know when and where the snow was probably going to be.

Nora Dee has this to say...

Thank you for sharing, Nora. John Dee and your family has had such an impact on people that you've never met. I'll never remember how I first started reading this journal, but I've been doing it faithfully every Monday morning for more than twenty years (or however long it's been). There is...

    The Journal; Thoughts from Gracie

Awesome! Do you have a video of him doing the bridge crossing with Yooper accent narration? That was comedy gold (couldn't find it and I know it's been requested before).

No, it is direct belt drive. There is no gear case or chain case.

    Catalyst pricing

I watched the Supertrax review, sounds like they got this one right. They mention in the video that it does not have a drive chain or chain case - one less thing to worry about and maintain. https://www.supertraxmag.com/videos/2024-arctic-cat-catalyst-zr-600-r-xc-detailed-first-look/

    BRP Exome Radiant Helmet

I ordered mine (not carbon) through Amazon from a dealer in Wisconsin and got it in two days. I used the size chart and it fits like a glove, can't wait to use it.

Pine Lake Lodge Mission Helmet swapped out and taken

I like the gun cable idea, and I think I might actually put an Apple AirTag in mine, not sure how well it would work with the patchy signals in the Yoop, but it would be better than nothing.

Pine Lake Lodge Mission Helmet swapped out and taken

I hear ya, I got the orange graphics, so I don't think it's going to be mistaken for another plain black one.

Pine Lake Lodge Mission Helmet swapped out and taken

I've been hearing a lot of stories like this lately. I just got a Mission helmet, and I'm not going to let it out of my sight. If I go into a restaurant, I think I'll just put it under my chair.
