Along with the 13 loop, Freda was also one of my favorite loop's it offered a bit more technical riding than the 13 loop and was a nice off chute of the straight away nichols trail. Has there been any more discussion about repairing and possibly reopening the loop?

is the access to get to the top of bluff by Mass City private property or a public access, there were pictures posted on another thread and was told how to access the bluff but want to be sure it isn't on private property... the access trail or the bluff itself.
