    Here We Go Again!

People started buying up all the baby formula right away. Virtually every store is out of it, my around some at Costco so she is good but who knows. I do think the media has driven the panic meter sky high as usual.

So a little late summer project

I guess that comment sounds a little strange but my thought process is you have the walls up so to speak, maybe a sheet metal building requires the sheet metal be up before adding the roofing. I’m no expert but just like to be dried in as soon as possible. But, with the lack of rain all is good!

Jim, you can never have enough firewood. Interesting that you have the walls up before getting the roof on.

    woodys navigator/dooly opinions

I understand the need to ride but if you ride in a year like last year then you have to expect some serious wear no matter the product.

So a little late summer project

Jim, I love it when a good project comes together! Were those Cisco Chain perch? I remember way back in the 80’s we used to catch boatloads of nice perch in Cisco and Thousand Island lakes.

So.......I started a project, My new Garage!

Nice Jim! I remember you mentioning a building last year, that’s a big one. It’s awesome to see when the trusses are in place and the scope of the building is visible. Love to see more pics!

    Club Rant

Just a couple of comments: I would not join a club that met at 4pm, as stated young people or most people are still working at that time. Our club’s meeting started at 7pm. When we did trail work I wanted guys who would take control of certain jobs and just get the work done, it took a year or...

So.......I started a project, My new Garage!

Thanks Sweep, I feel like I stayed on my schedule and checked off things to get done when I needed to. Last year was hectic getting dried in by November was a challenge. It all worked according to the plan I set in place so happy about that. And yes, grandkids are a lot of fun. Go Packers!

So.......I started a project, My new Garage!

Thanks guys, I enjoy it in all seasons, it’s just nice to have dry space and lots of it. It’s cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter being built into the hill. The trucks and anything with an engine loves it as well!

So.......I started a project, My new Garage!

All done with my outside work, siding work has been completed. I went back to 9/25/23 a year ago to see where I was at just for kicks. The weather was ok last fall but not as nice as this fall. Flash forward to 9/25/24 and we now move on to the next stage, upstairs inside work and planning for...

    Trail signs - Poor examples

A pretty good assessment of most clubs, 80/20 rule in effect, probably more like 90/10 in snowmobile clubs. Not saying all clubs, but pretty much rule of thumb. Same guys do most of the work or can be counted on to make it happen.
