If plumber is there he can check your pressure tank bladder if it is shot replace it as causes your water pump to cycle too much which can burn it out. Also replace with a larger pressure tank so the pump gets less use between cycles.

Yep same flush time for each flush it’s mechanical linkage and floats nothing can change that unless you hold the handle down to completely empty the reservoir. This is easy take the lid off and look at what’s happening float stuck or linkage adjustment.

I have never known an oil pan gasket to blow out you could have it changed and it will still seep. From what you have described I see zero justification to change it.
