Menards does rebate online purchases. I bought an irrigation pump online submitted the online docs the rebate came in mail as usual. That was a big rebate so I made sure I got it.

The snow dust created on some of the road trails in Clark county by ATVs is incredible. Combining sleds and ATVs use on snow is like horse and buggy on the interstate with race cars. Crazy combination.

Buddy used to put straw on his tank and field every winter. His cottage was never meant to be used year around but he never had a problem so straw sure can’t hurt.

I don’t remember that and it’s been closed up for awhile now like most of Silver City but Foothills was a booming winter business in the 90s. It was the last restaurant before Silver Sands Motel and the Ski Hill.

The Cozy Inn nice little restaurant on trail 8 in Nestoria big wood burner always going with excellent food and friendly people. Just don’t hang you jacket and bibs too close to the stove it will melt them.

Foothills in Silver City was great in the 90s 100 sleds out front were fun to browse before we went in to eat steaks were excellent.

Vilas is all or nothing for open and I don’t see it for this week. I think at best we can do is take it week by week and hope for the best but a big thank you to all that contributed to area conditions since we are all blind without JD Forecasts. 👍

It’s been along time that the WI Northwoods didn’t have a white Xmas. Snowmobile renters don’t need much snow to ride bar to bar and have a great time. This is going to hurt biz for sure😞
