Fine with me for Leo’s to do dragnets make riders blow. Usually local biz won’t allow it not the riders. Can be a pita but if saves lives I don’t mind.

Yep nothing new with demos and I hope snowmobiling stays strong in the future it’s up to the younger generation to keep it going if they don’t they lose I’ll be gone.

Also important to remember the finical boom that snowmobiling is for the Northwoods economy lots of business supporters that won’t go away.

Yes and No but the DNR in Vilas is ultra green so easy for greenies to get support from DNR. They are coming for your wake boats getting organized to establish local ordinances regarding boat density and type of boat. Stuff that would never fly south of Vilas county.

Your route depends on grooming and when temps drop below freezing. Iron County will groom 2 late afternoons if temps well below freezing. Brule and Phelps won’t groom until wee hours in the AM. Weekend riding is always risky condition wise personally I won’t deal with it. Good luck 👍

Still time but my hopes are getting dim mid 40s into middle of February no frost in the ground. I plan on going north to ride if it’s possible up there.

Friday traffic builds as day wears on Saturday is always the heaviest traffic day just have to deal with it. Traffic always better east. Not anything you can do about it except check on your weaker riders see what they want to do.
